We're committed to continuously improving your shopping experience and simplifying how you buy from our brands. As such, we're making four major changes this season:

1. Buy all of our brands together on combined Everyday or Seasonal orders

2. Enjoy combined freight programs & shipments

3. Receive a single combined invoice with sub-total breakouts by brand

4. Take advantage of one combined loyalty program across all of our brands

Many things are staying the same, too! Our product catalogs, showrooms, and websites will continue to offer seamless shopping and inspiration by brand.

 

Buy All Brands Together

Instead of placing separate orders by brand, orders will now be classified as Everyday or Seasonal and all brands will be combined together within one or two orders.

Everyday orders will include:

  • Creative Co-Op Everyday
  • Bloomingville
  • ILLUME Everyday
  • Finch + Fennel

Seasonal orders will include:

  • Creative Co-Op Seasonal
  • ILLUME Seasonal

2024 Seasonal orders will begin shipping July 1.

 

Combined Freight Programs & Shipping

Instead of needing to meet order minimums by brand to qualify for freight discounts, our freight programs are now associated with your Everyday or Seasonal orders regardless of brand items on the order.

Everyday Freight Programs will apply to orders containing:

  • Creative Co-Op Everyday
  • Bloomingville
  • ILLUME Everyday
  • Finch + Fennel

Seasonal Freight Programs will apply to orders containing:

  • Creative Co-Op Seasonal
  • ILLUME Seasonal

Place a Seasonal order by March 15 to receive December 1 dating!

 

Single Invoice

Instead of receiving a separate invoice for each brand ordered, you'll receive one single invoice per order which will now be split out by Everyday and Seasonal rather than by brand.

  • Your combined invoice will still include sub-totals by brand for your convenience

  • You'll receive one single freight bill for all the brands on your combined invoice

 

One Loyalty Program Across All Brands

Gone are the days of separate loyalty programs and item discounts for Creative Co-Op and Bloomingville, they will now be merged into one single Advantage Program across all of our brands!

  • The highest tier discount level you earned in 2023 will be applied to Creative Co-Op and Bloomingville for 2024

    • For example, customers that had Platinum tier for Creative Co-Op in 2023 and a lower tier for Bloomingville will receive Platinum discounts on Bloomingville items in 2024 (instead of the lower tier)

  • Every dollar shipped across all 4 brands will count towards tiering up in 2024

  • Advantage Program tier discounts do not apply to Illume or Finch + Fennel items
